Podešavanje Email klijenta Outlook na Hosted Exchange server

Opšte Informacije

Verzije Outlook 2019, 2016, 2013, 2010 se razlikuju po osnovnim funkcionalitetima glede Autodiscover servisa. Pojedine verzije kontaktiraju autodiscover preko MAPI protokola, pojedine preko RPC over HTTP i sl.

Bitno je napomenuti da je potrebno imati instalirane sve update za Office paket odnosno Outlook verziju. Na ovom linku možete vidjeti koji su posljednji update za Outlook pakete, te download ili KB članci sa više informacija.

Također je potrebno, ukoliko se koristi filtriranje internet konekcije (Router, Firewall) ili Antivirus, Firewall na samom uređaju (desktop, laptop) provjeriti da li su dopušteni protokoli koji se koriste za mail komunikaciju. Autodiscover koristi HTTPS 443 port tako da je potrebno isti dopustiti na navedenim uređajima. U slučaju potreba troubleshootinga/dijagnosticiranja problema navedene Firewalle i Antivirus software na računarima je potrebno ugasiti (disable) pa tek onda dijagnosticirati problem.

Podešavanje Autodiscover Outlook 2019/2016/2013

  • Iz Start Menija windowsa otvorite Control Panel.
  • Otvorite ikonu MAIL (Microsoft Outlook 2019/2016) (32-bit).
  • Otvorite Show Profiles.
  • Dodajte novi profil na Add.
  • Upišite ime profila i pritisnite OK.
  • Ukoliko ste već imali kreiran račun, potrebno je da kliknete na „Connect do a different account“
  • Na prozoru Auto Account Setup upišite slijedeće:

Your Name

Vaše ime i prezime

E-mail Address

Vaša email adresa

Password and Retype Password

Vaša šifra i ponovljena šifra
  • Pritisnite Next.
  • Outlook će na osnovu autodiscover servisa locirati vaš mailbox i provjeriti postavke mailboxa
  • Outlook može prikazati prozor/e glede autodiscover servisa koje je potrebno dozvoliti/prihvatiti.
    Uključiti checkbox „Dont ask me about this website again“ i na dugme Allow.
  • Ukoliko Outlook bude tražio da upišete lozinku još jednom, upišite lozinku i odaberite „Remember my credentials“.
  • Nakon što je Outlook konfigurisao sve postavke pritisnite Finish.
    Ovom akcijom je zavšena konfiguracija exchange account profila.

Podešavanje Manual Autodiscover accounta na Outlook 2013, Outlook 2010

  • Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
  • Search for Mail in the top right corner, and click Mail (32-bit).
  • Click Show Profiles.
  • Click Add.
  • In Profile Name, enter whatever you want the new profile's name to be, and then click OK.
  • Select Manual setup or additional server types, and then click Next.
  • Select Microsoft Exchange Server or compatible service, and then click Next.
  • Complete the following fields:

This is optional, if you want to keep mail accessible while Outlook is offline.
  • Click More Settings...
  • Go to the Connection tab.
  • Select Connect to Microsoft Exchange using HTTP, and then click Exchange Proxy Settings...

Complete the following fields:

Type mail.qsscloud.ba in the field.

Connect using SSL only

Select this option.

Only connect to proxy servers that have this principal name in their certificate

Select this option, and then type msstd:mail.qsscloud.ba

Select this option.

On slow networks, connect using HTTP first, then connect using TCP/IP

Select this option.

Use this authentication when connecting to my proxy server for Exchange

Select NTLM Authentication.
  • Click OK.
  • In the Microsoft Exchange window underneath, click OK, again.
  • In the Add Account window underneath that, click Next.
  • If you see a Windows Security window, enter your full email address and password. Select Remember my credentials, and then click OK.
  • Click Finish.
  • On the Mail window underneath, select one of the following options:
  • Click OK.

Podešavanja za POP3/IMAP i SMTP se mogu pronaći na OWA klijentu na sljedeći način:

  • Prijaviti se na https://mail.qsscloud.ba/owa
  • Iz gornjeg desnog ugla odabrati Settings   - Options
  • Iz lijevog menija odabrati Mail – Accounts – POP and IMAP
