Backup mailova, kontakata, kalendara - Backing up the Content of Your Account

Export emails from Zimbra Web Client online
You can export your account data, including email messages and attachments, contacts, calendar, tasks, and Briefcase folders, or you can export specific items in your account.  You can then save the data to your computer or other locations as a backup, or import the information into another application.

- Open Zimbra and log on using credentials of your account
- In the top navigation bar choose Preferences
- Click Import/Export in the list of preferences
- In the Export panel select the type Account as you want to export mailbox
- Set the Source: equal to All folders and click the Export button
- Online application will allow you to download the mailbox in .tgz format

Nakon logina na webmail izaberete „Preferences“, iz lijevog menija izaberete „Import / Export“.

Ispod opcije Export označite Account te uključite checkbox opciju Advanced settings. Selektujete opcije koje želite da eksportujete (mail , kontakti, kalendar, tasks,) i pritisnete na dugme Export.
Potrebno je da ponuđeneu datoteku u .TGZ formatu snimite negdje na lokalni računar te je arhivirate kao backup vašeg mailboxa. U slučaju potrebe da se želi vratiti mail/mailovi, kontakti ili kalendari (u zavisnosti šta je backupovano) možete uraditi putem opcije Import.

Izaberete snimljenu backup datoteku sa lokalnog računara i izaberete dugme Import.
